All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Rhinestone Boutique reserves the right to choose either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Orders are normally shipped within two days from when the order was placed. We try to keep up to date on inventory, but in the event that an item is backordered we will contact the customer and give the option to wait or cancel the order. AT THIS TIME WE ONLY SHIP TO THE U.S. AND CANADA. Shipments to Canada will ship via USPS First Class Mail International.

Shipping fees are as follows:

Total order amount up to $15.00 is $3.00 shipping
Up to $25.00 is $4.00
Up to $50.00 is $6.00
Up to $80.00 is $8.00
Up to $200.00 is $10.00
Up to $500 is $15.00
Up to $1000.00 is $30.00

Rhinestone Boutique will only accept returns if the item has not been used and is still in the original packaging. Items to be returned must be postmarked within 3 days from when the buyer received the shipment. Damaged or defective items can only be exchanged, and only for the identical item. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees, and will not be refunded for the original shipping fees paid.
